Kia ora/kumusta! I currently hold a Bachelor of Health Sciences with first class honours. I am a final year PhD candidate at the University of Auckland, based in the School of Population Health. My research interests include Asian youth health, youth mental health, ethnic identity, qualitative and mixed methods research. I am the current chair of the Adolescent Health Research Group and a part of the Centre for Asian and Ethnic Minority Health Research and Evaluation (CAHRE). I am passionate about amplifying and advocating for greater representation of ethnic minority voices and experiences, creating space for destigmatising conversations around mental health and improving access to health services.
