Based on a person-centred and relational counselling, incorporating modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Transactional Analysis, creative and expressive interventions, self-compassion practices, and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support people in leading meaningful and fulfilling lives
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Age group: 12 years old and above
Fee: $161 per hour (GST inclusive)
