Service Manager - Kia Ora Ake - Child and Youth Mental Health
Romy is an experienced advocate and advisor in the youth mental health and addiction sector. She has contributed extensively to mental health leadership across Aotearoa and internationally. Romy's expertise has been recognised by a variety of organisations including the Ministry of Health, World Health Organisation and Global Leadership Exchange.
She has used her expertise to guide policy development, workforce development strategy and service design and delivery.
Romy was born and raised in Tāmaki Makaurau and identifies as a Korean New Zealander.
Romy holds a Bachelor of Counselling and Addiction Practice and is a qualified supervisor.
