  • Holistic approaches using Person-Centred Approach, CBT, DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Age group: 14 years old and above
  • Fee: $161 per hour (GST inclusive)
  • Service locations: Online and In-person at AFS North Shore or Mt Wellington office in AKL
