Having a background in Social and Community Psychology, Caryn (she/her) has always been drawn to mental health promotion among minority groups.
Coming from her intersecting experience as a young queer migrant from Indonesia with a history of mental illness, Caryn has been dedicating her energy to research projects and peer support in mental health.
Caryn works as a Programme Manager at Rainbow Tick with Kāhui Tu Kaha and continues to advocate for the wellbeing of LGBTTQIA+ youth from the ethnic communities.
