  • I have over a decade of experience in the field of mental health, and bring a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to supporting individuals on their journey towards recovery and wellbeing. I hold a Master of Arts in Psychology from India, along with advanced postgraduate qualifications in Health Science (Violence and Trauma Studies) and Mental Health & Addictions.
  • As a registered Drug and Alcohol Counsellor, I have worked extensively across both residential and community treatment settings and also bring international experience as a school counsellor. My work is grounded in cultural sensitivity, and I am fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Bengali, allowing me to connect meaningfully with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • I prefer to use a collaborative, strengths-based approach—focusing on building trust, empowering clients, and tailoring interventions to meet individual needs.
  • Fees: $161 GST inclusive/hour
